- Scan: Site too simple to audit (1-page site with no issues found, nothing to fix)
- Solutions: Question outside AI expertise (highly technical domain-specific question AIs can’t address)
Outcome: Full refund (no re-run, product not suitable for your use case)
Processing: 1-2 business days (we review report to understand why it failed)

Refunds typically not granted if:

Why: Digital products are consumed immediately (can’t “return” knowledge you already have)
