What is Surmado Studio?

Surmado Studio is our high-touch implementation service for teams who want help turning Surmado reports into a real AI + SEO foundation. The current Studio offer is called Visibility Foundation. It’s a one-time, $5,000 project where we analyze your site using fresh Surmado reports (we’ll run up to 10 for you, free of charge), improve how search engines and AI assistants understand your business, craft an AI-friendly FAQ, and ship a simple chatbot trained on your own content.

What’s included in Studio

In a Visibility Foundation project, we typically:

• Run up to 10 fresh Surmado Scan, Signal, and (optionally) Solutions reports on your site and show you what we found
• Use those reports to improve your on-page SEO copy (titles, descriptions, key sections)
• Fix how AI Overviews and assistants talk about your brand by clarifying what you do and who you serve
• Draft and refine an AI-friendly FAQ grounded in your reports and the content you already have
• (Optionally) generate blog topic ideas and outlines based on what AI and search are currently missing
• Build and host a simple chatbot trained on your FAQ and key pages at studio.surmado.com/<your-brand>
• Provide 30 days of light support after launch to help you get everything working smoothly
• Give you embed code (iframe/script) that you can drop into your site

The entire project, from kickoff to launch, takes approximately 20 business days (though we pause if you need extra time to review and approve).

The 6-month semantic refresh

Each Studio project also includes one complimentary semantic refresh around the six-month mark after go-live. At that point, we re-index your FAQ and key pages so the chatbot stays aligned with your latest content. This is a one-time refresh, not an ongoing subscription.

Measurement & incentives

We measure your results:

• Before: We run fresh Scan + Signal reports (your baseline).
• After: We re-run Scan + Signal at launch to show improvement.
• 30-day check-in: We check in on chatbot performance and discuss next steps.

Bonus: If you’re willing to share a testimonial or case study about your experience, we’ll credit your account with 2 free credits (equivalent to one full professional report).

What Studio does not include

Surmado Studio is a focused offering. It does not include:

• Full website redesigns or rebrands
• Complex, custom app development
• Broad “AI transformation” consulting across every system in your business
• Ongoing Zapier/Make/n8n wiring as a standard feature
• Retainers or recurring monthly fees
• Ongoing blog content generation or maintenance after the project closes

The goal is to get your core AI + SEO basics in good shape and give you a practical chatbot on top of that—not to rebuild everything from scratch or become your ongoing automation team.

Pricing & availability

Pricing: Surmado Studio – Visibility Foundation is a flat $5,000 USD for one site or brand. It’s a one-time fee, not a subscription.

The project includes up to 10 fresh reports (we run them on your behalf), 30 days of light support after launch, and one complimentary semantic refresh around 6 months post-launch.

Studio is only offered to a small number of teams at a time, so availability is limited.

How to start a Studio project

To start a Studio project, log into app.surmado.com. If Studio is available for your account, you’ll see a Surmado Studio section on your dashboard and on the reports page. From there you can review the details and start the project via secure Stripe checkout.

After checkout, you’ll complete a quick intake form that helps us understand your site, business, and goals. We’ll review it within 2 business days and either approve you or offer a full refund if it’s not a fit.
