Credit System

You buy credits, not subscriptions. 1 credit = $25. Surmado Signal and Surmado Scan typically cost 1 to 2 credits. Surmado Solutions costs 2 credits. The $100 bundle gives 6 credits you can use however you like.

Async Reports (delivered via webhook)

Run a report and we email you when it is ready. Usually about 15 minutes. No waiting in a dashboard.

Full API and Webhooks

Trigger reports from Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own code. We send results to your webhook as soon as they are ready. Structured JSON with stable, versioned fields.
