Surmado Sites is a managed website. Surmado rebuilds it, hosts it, monitors it, and keeps it updated. You do not touch code or a website builder. You ask for changes in plain English, and Surmado makes them.

How Surmado Sites Works

You send Surmado your current website (or just your business details if you don’t have one yet) and an email address. Surmado rebuilds your site for speed, security, and discoverability. A human checks it before you ever see it. Most rebuilds are ready within 24 hours, and within 3 business days at the latest.

You review the preview and can change anything, anytime, by describing what you want. Nothing is charged during this step.

You pay nothing until you approve the site and your domain moves to Surmado. There is no cost to try it, and no commitment until you say yes.

Once your site is live, Surmado keeps rebuilding, hosting, and improving it. It is not a one-time project. It is an ongoing, managed service.

Pro membership costs $99 a month billed annually, or $150 month to month. It includes:

How Research Jobs Power Your Site

A research Job is one report: a Site Audit, an AI Visibility check, or a Strategy session. Each costs $50 on its own, with no membership required, and PAYG (pay-as-you-go) Jobs never expire.

On a Sites membership, research Jobs are included every month: 5 on Pro, 10 on Pro+. These aren’t a separate purchase sitting next to your website. They are what keeps the managed site sharp. Site Audit catches technical problems before they cost you traffic. AI Visibility tracks how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, Grok, and DeepSeek already talk about your business, and feeds that back into how your site is written and structured. Strategy informs bigger decisions about what the site should say and do next.

If you use your monthly allowance and want more, members can buy extra Jobs for $25 each, valid 30 days from purchase. Jobs are consumed in this order: monthly allowance first (it expires at the end of the billing period), then member-purchased extra Jobs (oldest first), then any pay-as-you-go Jobs last, since those never expire.

Languages

Pro includes one additional language, making the site bilingual out of the box. Pro+ adds up to 5 more on top of that, so 6 additional languages in total and a site running in 7. Those are the counts your membership covers.

Beyond that, a site can technically run in up to 15 languages, and Surmado keeps every translated version in sync as you make edits, so you never have to update five copies of a page by hand. Anything past your included count is arranged with us directly — email hi@surmado.com.

What Surmado Sites Cannot Do

Surmado cannot submit your site to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Meta AI, Grok, DeepSeek, or any other AI model. Nobody can. There is no submission process for these tools, and any service that claims to sell you one is not telling the truth.

What Surmado does instead: it tests how these AI platforms already talk about your business today, using real, persona-based queries, and turns the gaps into a concrete plan. AI Visibility reviews are part of every Sites membership so this stays current as your site changes.
